We reserve the right to correct errors in descriptions or pricing and to update product information at any time.

Proper use and installation

The ParkGuard parking barrier is a parking-space protection device intended for installation on private property, or on a parking space you own or have the legal right to control. By purchasing, you agree to:

  • Install the unit according to the included instructions, anchored to a suitable concrete or asphalt surface.
  • Confirm that installing a parking barrier complies with your local regulations, building rules, or homeowners' association requirements before installation.
  • Use the product only as intended. The barrier is a deterrent and access-control device — it is not a substitute for supervision or insurance.

We are not responsible for damage or disputes arising from installation on property you are not authorized to control, or from use contrary to the included instructions.

Orders and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or shipping-address problems; if we cancel your order, you'll be refunded in full. By placing an order you confirm the payment and contact details you provide are accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping

Returns and guarantee

All orders are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParkGuard's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of the product is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damage to vehicles or property caused by use of the barrier contrary to the included instructions.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be limited by agreement.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, graphics, and layout — belongs to ParkGuard or its content suppliers and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
