Our 30-day money-back guarantee
Every ParkGuard order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
How to start a return
- Email us at support.parkguard@gmail.com with your order number and a short note that you'd like to return your order.
- We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.
- Return shipping is on us — we'll cover the cost of sending the unit back.
Condition of returned items
To qualify for a full refund, items should be returned in their original condition with all included accessories (remote, mounting hardware, and keys). We understand a barrier may have been test-fitted or briefly installed — light, normal handling is completely fine and won't affect your refund. Returns that are missing major components or show deliberate damage may be eligible for a partial refund.
Refund processing
Once we receive and check your return — or, for damaged and defective items, once we've confirmed the issue — we'll email you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged, defective, or missing orders
If your ParkGuard arrives damaged or defective, or doesn't arrive at all, email us with your order number and (if applicable) a photo of the damage. We'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You do not need to return a damaged unit unless we ask.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a unit is to request a refund for the original and place a new order. If you'd prefer a direct replacement, mention it in your email and we'll arrange it.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, first check with your bank or card issuer — processing times vary. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us at support.parkguard@gmail.com and we'll track it down.
