Your total delivery time is the processing time plus the delivery time. We ship from US-based warehouses, so most orders arrive within about a week to a week and a half of ordering.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US states. Orders are fulfilled from US-based warehouses, which is how we keep delivery fast - usually 2-7 business days once your order is on its way. If your address is outside the US, email us and we'll let you know when we expand.
No customs, no duties, no surprises
Because your ParkGuard ships from within the United States, there are no customs fees, import duties, or surprise charges on delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
Need to change your address?
Email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll update the shipping address before it's dispatched. After that window the order may already be on its way, but contact us anyway - we'll do everything we can.
Delayed, lost, or damaged?
Tracking can occasionally pause for a day or two while a parcel moves between carriers - this is normal. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, or it shows up damaged, email us with your order number (and a photo of any damage) and we'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund - your choice.
